HB-3188 UL等級絕緣保護劑

HB-3188 為單組份，室溫硬化之透明 涂層 防濕絕緣保護劑，可保護硬性與軟性印刷電路板。硬化后之保護層具有穩定防水性，且于高溫與高濕環境中仍可維持原本電氣特性。本產品非常適用于電子產品主機板，戶外控制及可攜式電子產品，船舶電腦，汽車電腦及安全控制元件等，不但具有保護元件特性更有防潮，防塵及延?使用壽命等功能。添加UV螢光劑，方便品檢人員輕松檢視覆蓋區域是否完整。

APPLICATION使用說明
1. Ensure the coating surface are free from dirt, moisture, grease, habitant & waste particle.
請確定接著表面無灰塵、無水、無油漬、臟污物或是任何附著物。
2. Apply the material a smooth layer of HB-3188 with a spraying or dispensing. If thesurface is rough and uneven, ensure the glue has cover all gaps during coating process..
請用噴涂或點膠方式將 HB-3188 均勻涂布在電子產品上。若物品表面粗糙或是崎嶇不平須確定用本產品均勻且完全覆蓋所有表面。
3. The take free time about 30 minutes, but it not meaning cured, the fully cure time are 72hours (0.1mm). Due to this period please don’t squeezing or friction the surface toprevent product surface damage. When temperature is under 15°C the curing time will be ouble with above mention.
本產品涂布(約 0.1mm)后約 30 分鐘表面會干燥，但并不表示完全硬化，此時可以移動或進行包裝不會沾黏，但盡可能不要擠壓或磨擦表面防止破壞本產品。因涂布厚度不同會影響干燥時間，正常狀況下(厚度約 0.1mm)會在 72 小時候達到完全硬化狀態，當溫度低于 15 度時硬化時間會延??倍時間。
